The best Maternal, Coopworth and Nudie rams selected on performance and structure will be offered at our annual sale at Hamilton in October. This sale supplies 450 Maternal rams in the top 10% band. A feature is the large lines of rams with consistent performance and phenotype offered in pens of 3 to 5 to assist purchasers.
Private Sale -
Private ram sales at the Cashmore Park yards commence the following week, Thursday 22nd October for all breed types.
National Coopworth Ram Sale - has been discontinued.
Our Coopworth rams are now sold privately each year.
Cashmore Oaklea Auctions Plus Ewe Sale -
Surplus mixed age ewes and 4 month old ewe lambs are offered in our Cashmore Oaklea Auctions Plus sale the first week in December each year. This multi vendor / multi agent sale is open to breeders of Cashmore Oaklea blood sheep.
Commercial lambs are delivered direct to meat works and store/feeder lambs sold on a c/kg live weight basis, over the weigh bridge to repeat clients.
